Follow the correct procedure Guest Billing procedure
Follow the correct procedure followed in handling cash, Forex & Credit cards
Follow the correct procedure in using the KRA machine
Reconcile daily Local purchase and master PCV’s from GM.
Daily Cash-up and Float declaration with assistance from accounts
Booking and receiving payment from clients i.e. meals, accommodation
Meet and Great Guest on Arrival and Departure from the Hotel
Ensure Reception is stocked with welcome drinks.
Follow correct check-in and Checkout procedures
Follow correct Group check-in and establish clear communication with the group leader
Knowledge of guest product file assist guest with information on facilities and activities, and procedures as needed
Follow the correct internal guest telephone etiquette
Handling of Guest lost and found register queries
Ability to do room induction with guest if and when needed
Guest Complaints or feedback received should be reported to management immediately
Maintain a good relationship with service department (they are the key to each guest)
Understanding of internal emergency procedures
Be flexible in work hours and work areas where deemed necessary
Maintain Professional appearance (uniform, hygiene, name badge)
2years experience in a minimum 3 star hotel reception
Certificate / Diploma level
Experience in POS system
