Greet and welcome clients and visitors and respond to their inquiries.
Answer and transfer incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system.
Ensure the reception area is clean all the time
Sort incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
Keep calendar and record of supplies inventory for the office.
Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing of documents.
Serve refreshments as needed
Provide support to nurses, the manager, and other staff for the smooth operation of the medical centre.
Degree or diploma in Front Office or Business Management
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Must be very presentable
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
