Reports to: Office Manager/Customer Service Representative Lead – Cold Storage
The Customer Service department handles all customer requests, order entry, running daily reports and works closely with all departments to ensure all customer requests are handled in a timely manner.
§ Accuracy of all paperwork produced.
§ Follow all customer requirements.
§ Assist supervision/management as needed.
§ Answer door, phone calls, and shipping office windows.
§ Follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions.
§ All CSRs and leads will be expected to be knowledgeable of all accounts and clients.
§ Maintain professional relationship with the carriers and customers.
§ Professional and courteous to team members.
§ Processing cross docks
§ Holding product and dealing with customer rush shipments
§ Verifying inventory
§ Researching OS&Ds and creating reports
§ Posting inbound and outbound orders
§ Inputting orders in a timely manner (Data entry)
§ Cut logs and adjustments
§ Researching customer requests
§ Reporting on turn times
§ Ensuring electronic transactions are not failing
§ Coordinating with the transportation team on orders that are shipping or delivering
§ Other duties as assigned by management team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor’s Degree a plus
Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred.
§ Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
§ PC, leadership, and planning skills helpful.
§ Experience in AS400, SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WMS (High Jump) preferred.
§ Experience with warehouse paperwork preferred.
