Responsibilities

To clean the office
To assist in office administration duties ( printing , typing scanning of documents & Receiving of calls )
Dispatching of Letters into different recipients
Paying of office bills
Collect letters from the post office
Ensuring that the Office staff have stationeries
Any other duty allocated by the staff in the office.
Qualifications

Diploma in Office administration Course from a recognized institution or its equivalent;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications;
KCSE grade C (Plain) or its equivalent; and
One (1) years experience.
